There is this Video that trended this week of two army men beating a crippled man because he wore a camouflage Trousers. Well, the latest on that story is that The disabled man who was wickedly and illegally brutalised by two rogue military policemen was received by the Brigade in Onitsha. He is seen here sandwiched by two Colonels.
